A competition for the best management company has been announced in Tatarstan

In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 07/16/2015 No. 521, a republican competition for the best organization in the field of management of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan is held annually.

The organizer of the republican contest "The best organization in the field of management of apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan" is the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The purpose of the competition is to identify, encourage, promote and disseminate the best practices of organizations in the management of apartment buildings.

Competitive materials based on the results of the activities of management companies in 2023 are accepted until March 1, 2024. The materials should be sent to the address: Kazan, Sibirsky trakt str., 27G with a note: Republican competition: "The best organization in the field of management of apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The regulations on the Competition, approved by the Resolution of the KM of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 05/16/2015 No. 521 and the Regulations on the competition commission for the Competition, approved by the Order of the Ministry dated 08/14/2015 No.125/0, can be found on the Ministry's website in the section Activities – Housing and Communal Services - Housing and communal services Competitions.

The results will be announced by the competition commission by March 31, 2024.
