Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today at the site of the Kazan Expo IEC.
The meeting was attended by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, the Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia Irek Fayzullin, and other officials.
The main report on the results of work in 2023 and plans for 2024 was delivered by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
As the minister noted in his speech, today the construction complex is the largest sector of the Tatarstan economy, which owns about 7% of the gross regional product. According to one of the most important indicators, the volume of contract work performed by the type of activity "Construction", an increase of 114% is expected compared to 2022.
The fact that construction is experiencing a serious upswing is also evidenced by the growth in the number of people employed in the industry – it increased by 114.4% during the reporting year. "There was a slight decrease in the number of employees in the housing and communal services sector - by 1.1%. In absolute numbers, these are 93 and 27.6 thousand people, respectively," said Marat Aizatullin.
In addition, the minister noted a decrease in the share of unprofitable enterprises for construction organizations by 0.6%; for housing and communal services organizations, on the contrary, a slight increase is recorded compared to 2022.
Tax revenues from enterprises and organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Industries increased by 23%. Thus, 50 billion 400 million rubles were transferred to budgets of all levels. The tax debt of enterprises in supervised industries has decreased by almost 31%. "In absolute terms, the decrease is 1.3 billion rubles," the minister stressed.
