Tatarstan restores housing and social facilities in the LPR

Tatarstan is implementing a special infrastructure project on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic. Work on the restoration and repair of infrastructure in Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye is carried out in order to implement programs for the socio-economic development of new regions.

The central hospital, three schools, a multifunctional center and 100 apartment buildings are being renovated in Lisichansk. In the city of Rubezhnoye, 86 apartment buildings, as well as a multifunctional center and a temporary accommodation facility are covered by the works.

Construction and installation works have been completed in the houses of Lisichansk, as well as in secondary school No. 14, a multifunctional center. In schools No. 27 and No. 4, the readiness stage is 88.72% and 88.72%, respectively.

In the city of Rubezhnoye, work has been completed at a temporary accommodation facility, readiness for a multifunctional center is 99%, readiness for multi-apartment housing is 77%.

Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye are sponsored cities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The fact that the region will help restore Lisichansk became known in the fall of 2022. The corresponding instruction was given by President Vladimir Putin. In May last year, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin and Chairman of the Government of the LPR Sergey Kozlov signed an agreement under which Tatarstan engaged in the restoration of the city of Rubezhnoye.
