The annual plan for housing commissioning in Tatarstan has been completed by 13%

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin recalled that according to the program, at least 3 million 150 thousand square meters are expected to be introduced in 2024. m of housing. As of February 10, the plan was completed by 13% - 399 thousand square meters were commissioned. At the same time, 5% of the plan was commissioned in commercial construction: These are 22 apartment buildings with a total area of 68.9 thousand square meters. According to the social mortgage program, 18% of the plan was completed, 12 houses for 29 thousand square meters were commissioned.

As of today, 2,229 houses with an area of 301 thousand square meters have been commissioned in individual housing construction, which is 20% of the annual plan.

In terms of providing housing for certain categories of citizens in Tatarstan, 930 orphaned children should receive housing this year, funds in the amount of 1 billion 742 million rubles are provided for them. There are 28 recipients in the category "Large families with 5 or more children" this year. Now the accounting files provided by the municipalities are being checked for further registration of certificates.

In addition, 84 young families in 41 municipalities are to receive housing this year. Agreements with them in the "Electronic Budget" system have already been concluded by the Ministry of Youth. There are 6 recipients in the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims in 2024.
