The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the methodology for the formation of territorial planning projects in the Republic

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan has approved the requirements for the preparation of the territory planning project, for text and graphic materials of the main part of the project and its justification, as well as the form of the technical assignment for the development of the project and land surveying.

The document was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12/27/2023 No. 3134-r, with the aim of introducing unified approaches, organizing and improving work on the preparation of territory planning projects in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The form of the technical assignment for the development of the territory planning project was approved by Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 3018-r dated 12/21/2023.

The relevant documents are published on the website of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The second route of the Kazan metro will connect five districts of the city: Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Novo-Savinovsky, Moskovsky and Kirovsky. The first section is 5.37 km long and includes four stations: "100th anniversary of the TASSR" (at Julius Fuchik Street), "Akademicheskaya" (at the intersection of Fuchik and Zavoysky streets), "Zilant" (intersection of Fuchik and Lomzhinskaya streets) and "Tulpar" (at the corner of Pobedy Avenue and ul. Sakharov). At the moment, the total percentage of work performed is 29%.

The autumn meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the topic "Digitalization in construction".
