The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held the first meeting of the Public Council this year
The results of the implementation of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023, as well as tasks for 2024, were discussed today in the Republican Ministry of Construction within the framework of a meeting of the Public Council. The meeting was held by Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin.
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Nurmukhametov in his speech spoke about two state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the customer-coordinator of which is the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the results of the past year, within the framework of the State Program "Providing high-quality housing and housing and communal services to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan", 3,437 million square meters of housing were introduced. 80 young families received housing and improved living conditions. Residential premises were provided to 762 orphans, housing was provided to 25 large families in need of better housing conditions. The number of families who improved their living conditions by the end of the year amounted to 119.5 thousand.
The level of deterioration of municipal infrastructure decreased to 45.8%, the share of the housing stock provided with all types of landscaping in the total area of the housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan increased to 89.6%.
Thanks to the implementation of the State Program "Formation of a modern urban environment in the Republic of Tatarstan", the area of landscaped public territories per inhabitant of the Republic of Tatarstan increased to 4,487 square meters in 2023, and the projects of the winners of the All-Russian Competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements were implemented.
Then the members of the Public Council heard a report on the state of corruption and the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
