1 million 240 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a weekly meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

As of March 16, the housing commissioning plan in the republic was completed by 39%. 6% of the planned volume was commissioned through commercial construction: 29 apartment buildings with an area of 83.5 thousand square meters. m. The social mortgage plan was fulfilled by 27%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 13 have been commissioned.

8,245 houses with an area of 1 million 113 thousand square meters were commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 74% of the annual plan.

As part of the housing program for certain categories of citizens, 621 orphaned children should receive housing in Tatarstan in 2024. The second largest category is young families. This year, 84 recipients must purchase new housing. As of today, all certificates have been handed over to young families.

In the category "Large families with 5 or more children" - 28 participants, 22 certificates were issued for obtaining residential premises, the total area of which is 1,980 sq. m.

There are 5 recipients in the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims. Certificates have already been issued for all of them. Applicants select apartments.
