In Tatarstan, the level of collection of payments for housing and communal services increased by 2.8%

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and the debts of enterprises and organizations for supplied energy resources at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

According to the first deputy minister, the level of collection of payments from the population for housing and communal services in the republic in February 2024 increased by 2.8% compared to the same period last year.

 

"In January-February of this year, the average level of collection of payments by the population in Tatarstan amounted to 95.8%. This is 1.8% higher than last year. The average annual level was 99.5%, which is 0.5% higher than in the same period of 2023," A.Frolov said.

 

The share of payments made in electronic format in the total volume reached 75.6%. At the same time, the districts show completely different indicators in this part. In 27 districts, the percentage of online transactions ranges from 50 to 75.6%.

 

As for debts, the amount of overdue debt for gas from housing and communal services organizations on March 1, 2024 amounted to 292 million rubles Compared to the same period last year, a decrease of 11 million rubles is recorded.

 

In terms of electricity consumed, a decrease in the amount of debt by almost 51 million rubles is recorded for the year. As of March 1, 2024, the total amount of debt amounted to 25 million rubles

 

The debt of management organizations for thermal energy to Tatenergo Joint Stock Company as of March 1 decreased by 209 million rubles and amounted to 209 million rubles.
