The Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of Rustam Minnikhanov considered eight projects for their implementation in the regions of the Republic

Eight investment projects were considered today at a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Rais of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The first project to be considered was the construction of a complex for the production of ammonia and urea from JSC "Ammonium". The project was presented by Alexander Osipov, Director of Development at Ammonium JSC.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this project is promising, as well as strategically important for the whole country. He instructed to work out the implementation of the project in detail. These are new jobs, this is a large gas consumption, he said. It is planned to create an ammonia production complex in the Mendeleevsky district, the planned number of jobs created is 500. The project was approved by the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The next project was the organization of a production base for the construction of an asphalt concrete plant. Gazinur Gusmanov, Director of Production at Stroyresurs LLC, spoke about the project. In particular, he said that the company builds highways and has repeatedly faced a shortage of building materials, which prompted the creation of its own production. The production will be located in the Tukayevsky district. 35 new jobs will be created.

The project was approved by the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Further, the project "Creation of a hostel for employees of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park" was presented by Damir Abdrakhmanov. He said that his company has been operating on the market for more than 15 years, is represented in the cities of the Volga region, as well as in Belarus and Kyrgyzstan. The Zelenodolsk district was chosen as the place of implementation of the project. The construction of the hostel is supposed to be carried out in two stages, three buildings will be built.

Commenting on the project, Rustam Minnikhanov asked about the volume of investments and the number of people who will live in the hostel. He noted that it is necessary to provide comfortable living conditions in the hostel for potential employees of the industrial park. Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to finalize the project, including considering options for placing hostel buildings on other sites in the same Zelenodolsk district. "Yes, we need workers," he said. "But we must understand that people cannot live in a hostel for a long time, it is necessary to think about their further placement."

The fourth was the project to create an enterprise for the production of anti-vandal protective coating "Anti-graffiti", which was described by project manager Evgeny Abramov. The production is supposed to be located in Naberezhnye Chelny, it is planned to create 15 jobs. The investment will amount to 116 million rubles. The protective coating can be used for facades of buildings, walls, trees, etc.

The project has been approved.

Next, a whole group of projects was presented - to create the agro-industrial park "Agropolis", the industrial parks "Vysokogorsky" and "M-12.Verkhneuslonsky". Olesya Meshcheryakova, General Director of Musson Group LLC, spoke about the projects.

Rustam Minnikhanov was interested in who is financing such a large-scale project, as well as how it will be implemented. After the discussion, he proposed to finalize the investment component, including considering the possibility that each industrial park be presented as a separate project. "The creation of industrial parks is very promising," he said. "But it is important that the sources of funding are clearly defined."

Then the project for the construction of a restaurant complex with public functions on the territory of Kazan was approved. The project was presented by Development Director Gleb Arzamasov. The place for the restaurant is determined by the embankment of the Kazanka River. It is planned to create 80 jobs.

Next, the project of organizing a recreation place for the population and guests of the Republic of Tatarstan in the glamping "Mizgel Camp" was approved. The project will be implemented in the Yutazinsky district. The project budget is 50 million rubles. According to the organizers, the project can work not only in summer, but also all year round. This will be facilitated by the proximity to the M-5 highway, glamping can become a vacation destination for travelers. It was noted separately that there is already a beach on the lake next to glamping.

The eighth was the investment project for the creation of the Yunost beach in Chistopol. The planned budget of the project is 15 million rubles. It is planned to arrange a beach in the center of Chistopol, including a beach area, rest houses (about 10), rental, a sports area, shops and cafes. In the current 2024, the beach area itself will be organized, and modular houses will be built in 2025.

The project also received the approval of the members of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
