Ilshat Gimaev inspected the construction of a hotel complex and apartment hotels for the BRICS summit
The next headquarters at the hotel complex construction site was held today by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
The construction of eight Apartment hotels near the Millennium Bridge is scheduled to be completed and commissioned in July 2024. The facilities are being built for the upcoming BRICS summit, which will be held in Kazan in October this year. More than 600 people work at these facilities, facade and interior finishing works are underway, brick and drywall partitions, internal engineering networks, scaffolding assembly, landscaping of adjacent territories has begun.
Large-scale construction works are underway on the construction of a hotel complex consisting of two towers and a stylobate near the Millennium Bridge (installation of a floor slab, installation of columns and walls, installation of a metal frame of stained glass, installation of partitions, installation of internal engineering networks, ventilation device). More than 1000 people work. The facility is planned to be completed and put into operation also by the BRICS summit.
