Employees of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the International action "Garden of Memory"
Employees of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the International action "Garden of Memory" today. The event was held as part of the celebration of the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The planting of seedlings was organized on the territory of the Matyushinsky settlement in the Laishevsky municipal district of the republic.
This year, the International action "Garden of Memory" in the Republic of Tatarstan will be held for the fifth time. It is expected that a total of 1.5 million seedlings of spruce, pine and larch will be planted as a result of the campaign.
According to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, 83 thousand people took part in the action over 4 years.
The organizers of the action are ANO "Garden of Memory", the Victory Commanders Memorial Fund, Victory Volunteers and Forest Volunteers waters with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation and the Federal Forestry Agency within the framework of the national Ecology project.
