Over 689.6 thousand sq.m of housing are to be commissioned in Tatarstan until the end of the year

1 million 708 thousand sq.m of housing (71.2 percent of the annual task) have been commissioned in Tatarstan since the beginning of year. For the remaining three months it is necessary to commission over 689.6 thousand sq.m of housing, as announced today  by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the Republic’s videoconference meeting with the participation of President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

The Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan thanked the heads of 13 municipalities which had completed the housing development program of 2013. These are Agryzsky, Aktanyshsky, Apastovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zainsky, Laishevsky, Menzelinsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky and Yutazinsky areas.

In 13 municipalities the annual task on the housing commissioning has been competed by more than 80 percent. And in 8 municipalities the implementation of the annual plan makes more than 90 percent.

Considering that fact that there are 3 months until the end of the year and it is still necessary to execute the considerable volume of work, Irek Faizullin asked the heads of the municipalities to strengthen control of completion of works at all the objects under commission.

Further the Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of every program. In particular, Irek Faizullin said that as of October 5th, 2013, under the social mortgage program, 84 houses out of 133 houses and been commissioned, that makes 62.2 percent of the plan. Among 49 objects of the program under construction, 47 objects have a high degree of readiness, 2 objects have an average degree of readiness and 5 objects have a low degree of readiness. These are two houses in Kazan in Podametyevskaya Street, one house in Nizhnekamsk and three individual houses in Spassky area. Also the Minister reported that a house for 60 apartments in Arsk had not been commissioned yet.

Reporting about the program on the improvement of living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Irek Faizullin told that now 74 houses for 289 veterans were being constructed. 48 objects have a high degree of readiness. Complaints of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of work performance are caused by 6 objects (they have a low degree of readiness).

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan gave special attention to the construction of houses for local police officers. In particular, Irek Faizullin reported that totally 82 houses for local police officers are to be constructed in the Republic. However, two municipalities didn't start the construction of the houses. It is Atninsky area – in view of lack of financial means in the budget and Zelenodolsky area – the earlier made decision on granting office housing on the first floor of an apartment house was changed into the decision to construct a house for local police officers.

The Prime Minister of Tatarstan, who had interfered with the report, noticed that in a number of areas, in particular, in Leninogorsky, Almetyevsky, Novosheshminsky, Aksubayevsky and Kamsko-Ustyinsky, the construction was very slow. Thus, Ildar Khalikov reminded that earlier there had been an address of the President of Tatarstan and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan to take under special control a course of performance of work at these objects. Today he once again asked the heads of the specified areas to concentrate their attention on the issue.

Speaking about the implementation of program “Rural Clubs”, Irek Faizullin reported that the work at 36 objects had been completed, 4 objects were more than 90 percent complete where finishing works and territory improvement were being done as well as at  6 other objects. Irek Faizullin asked Glavinveststroi RT to provide together with the executive committees of the municipal areas the completion of installation and construction works and a complete set of the necessary equipment for these objects till October 15th, 2013  and to ensure their putting into operation.

Also, at today's meeting, the Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing reported on the construction of sports fields in the municipalities of Tatarstan. In particular, he reported that installation and construction works had been completed in 14 sports fields in 8 municipal areas; 9 sports fields had a high degree of readiness in 6 municipal areas, an average degree of readiness was observed in sports fields in 18 municipal areas and a low degree of readiness was observed in sports fields in 19 municipal areas. In this regard Irek Faizullin asked to accelerate the work at these objects.
