Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan: The plan for housing commissioning in the Republic has been completed by 61%

The housing construction plan in Tatarstan has been completed by 61% - 1 million 918 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was reported at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipalities. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

26% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction. This is 71 apartment buildings with a total area of 379 thousand square meters. m.

Annual obligations in terms of social mortgages have been fulfilled by 53%. The area of 24 houses commissioned is 85 thousand sq.m. In total, 56 houses need to be commissioned in the social library this year.

As of today, 10 thousand 769 houses with an area of 1 million 453 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction, which is 96% of the annual plan.

To date, a state contract has been concluded to provide housing for orphaned children for the purchase of 39 residential premises at the expense of co-financing from the federal budget.

In the "Young Families" category, which includes 84 participants this year, 24 recipients used the subsidy funds. The remaining 60 families are choosing suitable options for themselves.
