New residential neighborhoods in the Republic of Tatarstan are provided with communal infrastructure with the help of concessional loans from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) and special treasury loans (CCM). The operator of both instruments is the Territorial Development Fund.
In particular, according to the project with the participation of the National Welfare Fund in the Volga region of Kazan, the construction of a 5.4 km long water pipeline for the planning area "Birch Grove" and the M-14 microdistrict is being completed. The construction of a pumping station with clean water reservoirs will soon be completed there.
In addition, the construction of a pressure collector with a length of 14.5 km and a sewage pumping station "Birch Grove" has been completed in the capital of the region.
According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanks to the implementation of the projects, the need for water supply and sanitation of administrative and industrial facilities of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan will be fully satisfied. It will also have a positive impact on increasing investment attractiveness and the development of housing construction. Including communications, about 3.7 million square meters will be provided. m of housing being commissioned for over 134 thousand people.
For the modernization of housing and communal services in the Laishevsky district of the republic, two tools were attracted at once. So, simultaneously with the use of a preferential loan at the expense of the National Welfare Fund and a special treasury loan, a water supply system is being built for two residential complexes under construction in the villages of Stolbche and Usady. In addition, specialists are building a pressure household sewerage system from the site of the Innopolis special economic zone to the Berezovaya Roscha sewage pumping station in Kazan. The work has already been completed by more than 90%.
In addition, in Laishevsky district and Bolshoy Zelenodolsk, the construction of a water supply system is underway at the expense of the CCM in the territory adjacent to the Kazan-Zelenodolsk highway. Now the work has been completed by 30%. The sewerage system, in particular biological treatment facilities, is also being developed for the residential area "Salavat Kupere" in Kazan. Work on these projects is scheduled to be completed by November 2024.
