The Rais of Tatarstan inspected the first houses of the "Yu Quarter" in Innopolis

he first houses of the new residential complex "Kvartal Yu" in Innopolis were visited on the eve of the Rais of Tatarstan by Rustam Minnikhanov.

The residential complex consists of a U-shaped house and two urban villas - a total of 275 apartments with modern materials and thoughtful layouts. The landscaping area of the complex is 80%, children's and sports grounds, outdoor recreation areas are provided. As the city expands, all the necessary infrastructure will be even closer – a school and kindergarten will be built inside the "Yu Quarter".

Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the apartments, underground parking and assessed the landscaping of the surrounding area.

Recall that the construction of a residential neighborhood started in 2021. In total, the project of the residential complex "Kvartal Yu" includes 11 construction phases with a total area of 406 thousand square meters.m. To date, the construction of the first stage has been completed. At the moment, pre-acceptance of apartments by shareholders and preparation for the transfer of keys are taking place.

Rais of Tatarstan was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, who oversees the development of Innopolis, Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and others.
