Comprehensive development of territories was discussed at a meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan
The issue of integrated development of territories in the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed yesterday at the Institute of Spatial Planning at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Grigoriev, members of the Management Board and heads of enterprises of the construction complex.
In his welcoming speech, Ilshat Gimaev noted that the integrated development of territories is one of the key areas of urban development of the regions of the Russian Federation to increase the efficiency of the use of territories and their renewal, creating the necessary conditions for infrastructure development. "This is not only square meters of living space, but also a response to modern consumer demands for a decent living environment," he stressed.
Ilyas Khabibullin, Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the implementation of KRT projects in the Republic of Tatarstan. Vice-President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Galyautdinova shared successful examples of the implementation of KRT projects in the Russian Federation.
Oleg Grigoriev, Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented a master plan of the Kazan agglomeration in his speech. His deputy, Georgy Tsoi, spoke about the state information system for urban planning activities (GISOGD).
