This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a Saturday meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipalities of the Rais region of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The Minister clarified that 40% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 99 apartment buildings with a total area of 589 thousand square meters.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 73%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 28 have been commissioned. Their total area is 118 thousand square meters.

As of today, 14,078 houses with an area of 1 million 900 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
