He recalled that by the decision of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the use of TIM in the construction and reconstruction of capital construction facilities, which are financed with funds from the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, became mandatory from January 1, 2023.
"TIM allowed us to optimize the design and construction processes, reduce the time of design work, as well as reduce the number of errors, both in projects and in construction activities. If in 2020-2022 a small number of projects using a digital information model were submitted for state expertise, then in 2023 the UGEC of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared positive expert opinions on 206 objects. In 8 months of 2024, 86 projects developed using information modeling technologies were reviewed," he noted.
