The general plan for housing commissioning in the Republic of Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 89% to date - 2 million 797 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Thus, 47% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction. These are 110 apartment buildings with a total area of 698 thousand square meters. m.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 73%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 28 have been commissioned. Their total area is 118 thousand square meters.

As of today, 14,670 houses with an area of 1 million 980 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
