In the Gosuslugi.House mobile app there are a new feature

In the mobile application "Gosuslugi.House" has a new feature – a collective application. This is a joint online appeal from neighbors, which will simplify the interaction between initiative residents and the management organization.

To create a collective application, you just need to put a "tick" when writing an application to Public Services.House. After sending the collective application to other owners, a push notification will be sent to Public Services.The house and they will be able to join her in the "Neighbor applications" section. To attract more owners, you can share with your neighbors a link to a collective application in a house chat in VK Messenger.

The initiator of the collective application can send it to the management organization when at least one more owner joins it. The functionality of the application also allows you to delete an application if it becomes outdated. When the management organization responds, all the neighbors who have joined will receive push notifications.

To use the new functionality, you need to update the Public Services application.The house is up to the latest version – 3.6.0.

Recall the application of Public Services.The house was created on the basis of the state housing and communal services information system (GIS Housing and Communal services) in order to improve the conditions of citizens' access to services in electronic form. The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery. Today in Tatarstan, the application is used by more than 140 thousand residents.
