The plan for housing commissioning in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 92%

"The overall plan as of September 28 was fulfilled by 92% - 2 million 885 thousand square meters were commissioned," Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

As Marat Aizatullin reported, 47% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 110 apartment buildings with a total area of 698 thousand square meters. m.

The social mortgage plan is fulfilled by 78%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 29 have been commissioned. Their total area is 126 thousand square meters.

As of today, 15 thousand 262 houses with an area of 2 million 60 thousand square meters have been commissioned through individual housing construction.
