Employees of the Republican Ministry of Construction joined the campaign "Save the forest"
Employees of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the All-Russian campaign "Save the forest" today.
The planting of seedlings was organized on the territory of the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan near the village ofVoronovka.
This year, the All-Russian campaign "Save the Forest" is being held in the republic for the sixth time. The purpose of the campaign is to foster respect for the forest, to draw public attention to the problems of conservation, reproduction and enhancement of forest resources. During the event, it is planned to plant more than 1 million seedlings at 170 sites in the republic.
According to the Ministry of Forestry of the republic, last year, following the results of the campaign, 2 million pieces of planting material were planted in Tatarstan on an area of 600 hectares. More than 20 thousand people joined the action.
The organizers of the All-Russian campaign "Let's Save the Forest" are the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Forestry Agency, ANO "Garden of Memory" and the VEO "Ecosystem".
