A round table on the topic: "Above 20: how to buy a house in autumn 2024" was held today in the Republican Ministry of Construction with the participation of representatives of developers. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
The Deputy Minister began his speech with information on the indicators of housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The key rate is rising, but nevertheless, more than 2.9 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan today. "By the end of the year, it is planned to commission housing with a mark of 3 million 150 thousand people.sq.m, most likely, we will exceed it," Ilshat Gimaev noted.
More than 2 months ago, the preferential mortgage program ended, which, with an increase in the Central Bank's key rate to 19%, affected the residential real estate market. The meeting participants discussed how these changes have affected the state of the construction sector in the republic, how much demand for the mortgage program has increased after the limits of preferential programs have been exhausted, and what tools will now act as market drivers.
Ilshat Gimaev announced his forecast that the year 2024 will end in a tense phase. "We will bring all the proposals that we collect from developers and representatives of banks to the federal center. And many of our proposals were announced at the international construction forum in Yekaterinburg," the Deputy minister said in conclusion of his speech.
