The number of users who have installed the Public Services mobile application on their electronic devices.The number of houses in the Republic of Tatarstan has already exceeded 145 thousand.
The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance of Russia to improve the quality of public services provided to citizens.
The application works on the GIS housing and communal services database. It helps apartment owners to manage the house using a mobile device — to transmit meter readings, pay for housing and communal services and submit applications. Through it, you can also vote at meetings of owners, study capital repair plans, monitor reports from the management organization, order verification of metering devices, and insure an apartment.
The application of Public Services is regularly updated and updated with new features. So, in September, a collective application was added, allowing you to apply to the management organization together with your neighbors.
As part of the further development of the application by the end of this year, the developers plan to add the possibility of using Public Services is owned by the owners of individual residential buildings. The possibility of launching the non-owner mode is also being worked out. Thus, it will be possible to give controlled access to the functionality of the application to tenants and solve housing and communal services issues for close relatives.
The digital solution is being developed by Information System Operator JSC with the support of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance of Russia. The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery.
