The landscaping of the park on Karbyshev Street is being completed in Kazan

In Kazan, the landscaping of the park of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan is nearing completion. The work is carried out thanks to the federal program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and urban environment".

The square of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan stretches on Karbyshev Street for 2.5 hectares. Work on the first part with an area of 0.7 hectares was completed last year. The second stage of landscaping accounted for 1.8 hectares, work started this year.

In the course of the work carried out in the park, an additional bypass walking path was created, a playground and a workout area were built.

For young visitors to the park, the playground is equipped with a play complex, a street musical instrument, a nest swing, several rocking chairs, a game excavator and a sandbox. Simulators, a jumping platform, uneven bars and horizontal bars are installed for athletes.

Outdoor furniture was installed in the park, including three picnic tables and more than 20 benches. It is planned to install 10 more benches in the form of a sofa.

Much attention is paid to landscaping. A lawn was sown in the park on an area of 11.1 thousand square meters and an automatic irrigation system was connected. More than 1.2 thousand bushes of pemphigus and spirea and 5 thousand perennial plants and flower beds were planted. The territory was decorated with almost 150 trees: hawthorn, irga, lilac, rowan, poplar, bird cherry, chub, apple, pine.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, 64 public spaces are planned to be improved this year under the national project "Housing and Urban Environment". To date, the total performance of construction and installation works is 95%. Over the past 2 weeks, the improvement of 7 facilities in 7 municipalities has been completed.
