The Republican Anti-corruption Forum "Alma-Birme" ("Do not give, do not take") was held in the Kazan IT Park named after Bashir Rameev in the format of an open discussion. The Republican forum is timed to coincide with the International Anti-Corruption Day.
The event is designed to emphasize the rights and responsibilities of everyone in the fight against corruption – government institutions, state and municipal employees, representatives of law enforcement agencies, the media, the business community, academia, public and youth associations and organizations.
The forum brought together heads of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, leading scientific and public figures, rectors and university professors, representatives of the deputy corps, public councils of state bodies and municipalities, major enterprises, the business community, religious denominations, journalists and activists of student anti-corruption commissions.
During the event, the results of preventive work on combating corruption, the results of the implementation of the state program "Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan", the introduction of digitalization to ensure openness and transparency of the activities of public authorities, the main directions for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures were discussed.
At the end of the forum, the winners of anti-corruption contests and activists of the events were awarded.
Among other things, a letter of thanks from the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded to the leading adviser of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Endge Bateryakova.
