The Tatarstan Ministry of Construction hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the annual media competition for the best coverage of topics in the field of construction, architecture and housing and communal services. The awards were presented to the winners by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

During a conversation with journalists, Marat Aizatullin said that by the end of the year it is planned to put into operation 3.45 million square meters of housing. For the current year, the plan was 3.15 million square meters, 3.2 million square meters of housing have been commissioned to date. "At the moment, 536 construction permits for 4.99 million square meters have been issued in the republic. the Ministry of Housing," the Minister said.

The main thing from the speech:

– During the year, 44 republican programs, 6 national projects and 4 state programs were implemented in the republic, covering 3,696 facilities worth 154.8 billion rubles;

– The "Our Yard" program has been implemented for five years, 4335 yards have been landscaped. In 2024, there are 835 yards worth 10 billion rubles. It remains to repair 1,550 yards, and the program in Tatarstan will be completed;

– In 2024, 64 parks were built for a total amount of 2.3 billion rubles, 435 parks were built in the republic in 2015-2023;

– In 2024, eight schools were built, three academic buildings for 9.8 thousand places. Also, ten kindergartens will be built this year, of which seven have been commissioned, and three will be completed by the end of 2024;

– The growth of the projected volume of work planned for implementation by type of "construction" activity in Tatarstan in 2024 amounted to 8% – 813.6 billion rubles;

– The projected volume of services in the field of housing and communal services, implemented by housing and communal services organizations, increased by 12% this year, to 63.6 billion rubles against 56.6 billion last year.

At the conclusion of the award ceremony, Marat Aizatullin congratulated the winners and wished them success and prosperity in the new year.
