Ilshat Gimaev got acquainted with the progress of construction of the South Park residential complex
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev took part in a press tour dedicated to the construction of the 4th stage of the residential complex "South Park" on the territory of the Laishevsky node.
"The Laishevsky node is one of the most significant construction projects in the republic in terms of its volume, significance, and architectural delights. If this project had not been there, Tatarstan would not have been able to meet the planned targets. This year, it is planned to put into operation at least 3 million 450 thousand square meters of housing. We hope to remain among the leaders of the Russian Federation and maintain the first place in the Volga Federal District," Ilshat Gimaev said.
The fourth stage of the residential complex "South Park" consists of three houses of variable height (10-25 floors). Along with the construction of houses, landscaping and landscaping of the territory are being carried out, within the framework of which the most comfortable living conditions are created, where every resident can find something to their liking.
