The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings for 2024 is being completed in Tatarstan

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan that less than 1% remained before the completion of construction, installation and seasonal work. Currently, work is continuing in 7 houses located in 4 municipalities. Contractors have already completed the construction of 742 houses, of which 8 objects have been commissioned in the last two weeks.

In the healthcare industry, out of 138 facilities, 8 hospitals out of 31 included in the republican program remain in operation (98% completion). Over the past two weeks, the renovation of three hospitals has been completed: one in Chistopol and two in Kazan.

At the moment, in the field of youth policy, work remains unfinished on two centers in the village of Staroe Drozhanoe and in Kazan, where the level of implementation is 93% and 94%, respectively. As part of the overhaul of teen clubs, one facility in Kazan remained until completion, with 81% of the work completed. The implementation of the work of the four remaining centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance has reached 87%.

At the moment, only one object out of 24 objects in the cultural sector remains in operation — the Young Spectator Theater in Kazan, where the performance is 96%.

Over the past two weeks, work has been successfully completed at two sites in the Sarmanovsky and Sabinsky districts.

In addition, the repair of three military commissariats continues in the republic, and 99% of the total program has already been completed. Also in the works is the building of the judicial precinct of magistrates in Kazan with 99% performance.
