The RT State Expertise Training Center celebrated its 90th anniversary

During its existence, the Training Center has not only trained thousands of specialists, but also formed a whole galaxy of professionals in their field, whose knowledge and experience formed the basis of many construction projects in Tatarstan.

The teaching staff of the RT State Expertise Training Center consists of the best specialists in their field. Seminars, trainings, and professional development are held monthly on current topics in the field of legislation and innovations.

The activities of the Training Center and the teaching staff have been repeatedly awarded with state and departmental awards.

For 11 years, the "Best Estimator" competition has been held, designed to popularize an important profession for the industry.

"Now the pace of construction is set not only by volumes, but also by new technologies that are actively developing. The younger generation is actively interested in digital construction, information modeling technologies (Tim technologies), someone wants to develop in construction control, someone in automation and robotics systems. Any industry, including construction, needs strong specialists, professionals in their field who are ready to constantly replenish their knowledge base, study best practices and are not afraid to go into new things," commented Rafar Shakirov, Director of the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan, member of the Board of the AER.
