The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Public Council

The implementation of state programs in the field of housing and communal services was discussed today at the final meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held at the Republican Ministry of Construction, hosted by Chairman of the Public Council Rinat Abdullin.

Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered the main report on the implementation of programs in the field of housing and communal services in the Republic.

 

Today, the condition of engineering infrastructure facilities remains one of the problematic points in the housing and communal services sector.

 

"The length of utility networks in the Republic of Tatarstan is 26,886.2 km, of which 8,954.2 km need to be replaced, which is 33.3%," said the first Deputy minister.

Damir Shaidullin recalled that in 2024, 4 republican programs were implemented to modernize public utilities for a total amount of 1 billion 821.3 million rubles.

 

I addition, the first deputy minister informed the members of the public council that the republican program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure will start next year. To date, work is underway on the formation of these programs.

Gulsina Zagidullina, Doctor of Economics at Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and Ildus Asadullin, Adviser on Architecture to the General Director of SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, took part in the work of the Public Council.
