The minimum contribution for major repairs in apartment buildings in Tatarstan now is 8.47 rubles.

In Tatarstan, the minimum contribution for major repairs in apartment buildings in 2025 increased by 10% — from 7.7 to 8.47 rubles per 1 square meter of area. The corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin.

"To amend the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 06/29/2013 No. 450 "On establishing the minimum contribution for major repairs of common property in apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan" by replacing the words "from January 1, 2024 in the amount of 7.7 rubles" with the words "from January 1, 2025 in the amount of 8.47 rubles" in the second paragraph of paragraph 1. rubles," the document says.

The decree comes into force on January 1, 2025.
