The most extensive major repairs are carried out in the field of education

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on plans for major repairs of social and cultural facilities, hydraulic structures and apartment buildings at a traditional meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

The meeting with the connection of all municipal districts (via videoconference) was held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Marat Aizatullin said that all federal and republican programs are divided by industry. He specified that the most extensive work is carried out in the field of education. This year, 213 facilities worth 5 billion 903 million rubles will be repaired within the framework of 8 programs that are included in the national projects "Youth and Children", "Family", the state program "Integrated Rural Development" and 4 republican programs.

These include 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and an extracurricular work center in 23 municipalities. Functional areas will be renovated in 83 more schools, and food halls in 74 educational institutions. 11 kindergartens are planned to be renovated in the junior level of education. 8 resource centers and 4 dormitories will be updated in the secondary vocational education sector. Contracts for all facilities are scheduled for March.

The second largest industry is healthcare. It is planned to renovate 226 facilities here under the national project "Long active Life" and two republican programs with a total funding of 3 billion 449 million rubles. They include 151 medical and obstetric stations, 19 hospitals and a new republican program for the repair of 56 points of distribution of baby milk food. The conclusion of contracts for facilities is also scheduled for March.

Next is the branch of youth policy. The amount of financing for the overhaul of 34 facilities included in one national project "Youth and Children" and 4 republican programs this year amounts to 1 billion 416 million rubles. The facilities include 8 youth centers, 13 children's health camps, 4 youth clubs and 9 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance. Contracting for all industry facilities is scheduled for March.

In the cultural sector, it is planned to repair 27 facilities for 987 million rubles within the framework of the national project "Family", one state and two republican programs. These are 19 rural cultural centers, 3 children's art schools and 5 other industry institutions (two libraries, one youth theater and two museums). The conclusion of state contracts for all facilities is scheduled for March.

At the same time, it is planned to contract 80 facilities implemented by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection, which are included in two programs. Thus, according to the new national project "Cadres", 49 buildings of employment centers will be repaired for 833 million rubles, as well as 31 social service organizations will be renovated under the republican program.

In ecology, 2 programs are being implemented (republican and federal) - repairs of hydraulic structures, clearing of riverbeds and cleaning of lakes will be carried out. In total, the scope of work will cover 22 facilities worth 338 million rubles. The contracts for them are planned to be concluded in February-March.

One program will be implemented by the Ministry of Forestry, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These are the repairs of 9 buildings of forestry departments, 5 buildings of veterinary associations, 5 buildings of agriculture and food departments and 1 building of the federal institution "Rosselkhoznadzor", 20 sports facilities, 5 buildings of the fire and rescue unit and 30 buildings of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Government contracts for them are also scheduled for March.

It is also planned to overhaul 39 facilities for 719.5 million rubles as part of other republican programs. Among them are 10 buildings of executive committees, 18 buildings of military commissariats, 2 municipal archives, 2 buildings of magistrates, and 7 buildings subordinate to the Russian Guard. The contracts for them are scheduled for March.
