Specialists of the State Expertise of Tatarstan became the best in the rating of expert organizations of the Volga Federal District in 2024

Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, held a meeting on the results of the activities of the State Agrarian University "Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture" in 2024. The meeting was attended by representatives of the customer's services, design and construction organizations, and experts.

The participants discussed key issues of conducting an expert examination of the project documentation and verifying the reliability of the estimated cost. In addition, the mechanisms of state expertise are considered, allowing all participants in the investment and construction cycle to perform their tasks more smoothly and confidently.

In his report, Director of the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafar Shakirov reported on the main achievements of the department in 2024. In particular, the institution has become a leader in the rating of expert organizations in the Volga Federal District and in the implementation of the Project Management Information System (ISMS). The head also noted that the expertise on significant construction projects and the introduction of new technologies had been successfully completed, ensuring the reliability and safety of buildings and structures at the design, construction and operation stages.

According to Marat Aizatullin, significant work has been done in the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan over the past year. "The professionalism and competence of the management specialists had a positive impact on the quality and timing of construction. I am confident that through joint efforts we will continue to develop the construction sector, ensuring safety and comfort for citizens," the minister said.
