The reclamation of silt fields in Kazan has been completed by 88%

Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on plans and the state of work on programs for the construction of socio-cultural facilities, public spaces, as well as modernization of engineering infrastructure within the framework of national projects, state and republican programs at a republican meeting at the Government House today.

So, this year, events aimed at supporting housing construction will be held within the framework of 2 programs. According to the state program "Integrated Rural Development", 3 sites will be developed for compact housing developments in Laishevsky, Cheremshansky and Verkhneuslonsky districts with a funding limit of 250 million rubles. The conclusion of state contracts is scheduled for March.

According to the new republican program aimed at providing the necessary infrastructure for land plots provided to large families of the republic, a list of facilities is currently being determined. The amount of funding for the program is 1 billion rubles. The funds will be used to improve roads and utilities.

In the education sector, 11 facilities are planned to be built in 2025. These are 5 new schools in Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Agryz, Menzelinsk, Buinsk and the primary school building in Kukmor, which has been in operation since last year, implemented within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children" and the state program "Integrated Rural Development". The limit under the agreements for the current year is 1 billion 392 million rubles. The plans also include the construction of 4 new kindergartens and the continuation of the construction of a transitional kindergarten in the village.Apastovo, which were included in the national project "Family", the state program "Integrated Rural Development" and extracurricular activities. The limit under the agreements for the current year is 741.5 million rubles. Contracting for all educational institutions is scheduled for March.

In the healthcare sector, 53 facilities are planned to be built with a total funding limit for the current year of 2 billion 901 million rubles under two federal and two republican programs. Of these, 51 facilities belong to the primary healthcare sector. These are 2 general practitioner centers in the cities of Kazan and Almetyevsk, as well as two polyclinics in Kazan, which are part of the national project "Long and active Life". The contract has been concluded for the first facilities, and for polyclinics it is scheduled for March.

It is also planned to build 47 medical and obstetric centers. Of these, 13 facilities are included in the republican program and 34 facilities are included in the national project. Government contracts have been concluded on them. Two more transitional secondary medical facilities - the vascular center in Sabinsky district, implemented under the state program "Integrated Rural Development" and the reception and diagnostic departments of the 18th municipal hospital in Kazan will be contracted by the end of March.

To date, construction and installation work on paramedic and obstetric stations has been completed by 8%. Work is underway at 26 sites. Also this week, contractors began construction of a general practitioner's center in the village of Vishnevka in Kazan.

Next is youth policy. The amount of financing for the construction of 11 facilities is 892 million rubles. Program activities are carried out within the framework of two republican and one state programs. This year's facilities include 8 children's health camps and 3 youth centers, one of which will be operational in 2024. Contracts for all facilities will be held in March.

23 sports facilities are to be built within the framework of one republican and one state program with the amount of funding for the current year in the amount of 2 billion 404 million rubles. These are 4 indoor football arenas and 18 multi-purpose sports grounds. The contracts for them are scheduled for the end of this month. And the transitional facility is the construction of a Football Development Center. The total completion rate for it today is 25%.           

In the culture sector, it is planned to build 4 facilities in 3 municipalities with a limit of 275 million rubles under the state program "Integrated Rural Development". Government contracts on them are scheduled for March.

Within the framework of the national project "Family" for 2025, the construction of a boarding school for the elderly and disabled in the Zelenodolsk district continues. The total completion rate for the object is 38%.

Within the framework of other republican programs for the construction of social infrastructure, the construction of 25 facilities is planned this year. These are 16 executive committees, 7 points of comprehensive public services and the construction of two buildings of the fire station. The amount of financing for all facilities is 525 million rubles. Government contracts on them will be held in February.

In the field of ecology, the implementation of a transitional facility included in the national project "Environmental well-being" - the reclamation of silt fields in Kazan continues. To date, the completion rate is 88%.

Traditionally, a large amount has to be done to improve public spaces within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", as well as the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment and the republican program. 61 public territories are expected to receive a new look in 2025. A total of 1 billion 919 million rubles are allocated for these purposes. Government contracts for all programs are scheduled for March.
