The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan presented programs to increase labor productivity under the national project for the construction industry

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting dedicated to the implementation of the federal project "Labor Productivity" within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The heads of organizations of the construction and housing and communal complexes of the republic were presented with programs for increasing labor productivity during the national project, the conditions of participation in them and the support measures provided.  Thus, experts from the Regional Center for Competence in the field of labor Productivity of Tatarstan will help organizations eliminate unnecessary operations, reduce costs, and improve the quality of products and services.

According to Ilnur Nurmukhametov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, thanks to the Labor Productivity project, companies will be able to minimize losses at no additional cost, increase efficiency and competitiveness.

The participants were told about the successful participation of construction companies in the federal project. For example, the KIP-Service group of companies has implemented a program to optimize processes in the pilot production stream of a concrete plant. Here, in particular, competence matrices for road section employees, a training schedule for critical competencies, autonomous crane maintenance were introduced to reduce emergency downtime, and regulations were developed to verify the completeness of design documentation when issuing it for production. The total economic effect of the measures exceeded 98 million rubles.

The federal project has been implemented since 2020. During this period, 264 enterprises became its participants, including 43 from the construction industry. As a result, the organizations of the construction complex had an average increase in labor productivity of 81%, an increase in value added of almost 7.5 billion rubles.
