The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issues of long-term development of brick factories in Tatarstan
Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the participation of the heads of brick factories of the Republic. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev.
During the meeting, the results of the activities of brick production enterprises in 2024 were summed up, and the current situation in this industry was analyzed. The participants also identified the main tasks for 2025-2026.
Welcoming the audience, I. Gimaev informed about the main results and achievements of the Tatarstan construction complex in 2024. Thus, the volume of work on the types of "construction" activities in 2024 reached record levels and amounted to 880 billion rubles. The volume of services rendered and the organization of the housing and communal complex increased by 12.5%.
According to the Deputy minister, housing construction is the main driver of the construction industry. And Tatarstan has been exceeding the target of 3 million square meters for the third year in a row. By 2024, Moscow will have built more than 3 million 450 thousand square meters.
The second driver of the industry's development, according to Ilshat Gimaev, is the implementation of national projects, federal and republican programs. He recalled that in 2025, according to 6 national projects: "infrastructure for life", "family", "environmental well-being", "youth and children", "Long and active life", "personnel", 48 republican and 4 state programs, it is planned to build and overhaul 3,342 facilities for a total amount of 88.44 billion rubles.
I. Gimaev stressed that the republic's building materials industry, including brick factories, makes a tremendous contribution to the development of the region's construction industry.
The production capacities of the republican enterprises make it possible to produce all the main building materials on the territory of the republic and fully supply the Tatarstan construction complex with products. The volume of products shipped in 2024 by large and medium-sized enterprises of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan alone amounted to about 51.5 billion rubles.
According to the Deputy minister, more than 400 republican enterprises carry out their activities in the field of production of building materials. At the same time, the construction of new plants and the modernization of existing enterprises continues. Over the past 5 years alone, 45 enterprises have been commissioned and renovated in Tatarstan, 7 of them in 2024.
As for the results in the brick production industry in 2024, according to preliminary data, the republican plant produced and shipped 386.5 million tons of bricks. pieces of bricks, of which ceramic - 308.9 million, silicate - 73.1 million and vibropressed - 4.5 million .
Exchange trading is one of the tools for the development of the construction industry and the search for new ways of implementation. Representatives of the CTS exchange who attended the meeting voiced promising opportunities for using the exchange trading mechanism, demonstrated their software and the subsequent possibility of integration with the CTS FGIS.
The meeting participants talked about the need to further strengthen and develop the construction industry. This will require developing areas such as the introduction of new technologies, improving the quality of the product range and range, robotization and automation of production.
