The Gosuslugi Dom application is regularly updated with new features. Now the owners of individual residential buildings, including houses of blocked buildings, can also use the application. Previously, the app was only available to apartment owners in apartment buildings. Information about the property for which ownership is registered and entered by the local administration in the GIS housing and communal services is uploaded automatically.
"More than 26% of households in Russia are individual houses. Now their owners can also manage their homes in one window. Our priority is to provide digitally accessible tools for solving all issues related to housing and communal services," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.
Owners of an individual residential building can submit meter readings and order their verification, pay for utilities, and contact resource supply organizations regarding the operation of metering devices and the correctness of payment documents. In addition, they have the opportunity to provide guest access to the management of their house to relatives or tenants. This feature also appeared in the app recently.
The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery. You can log in through a verified account on the Public Services portal.
Currently, more than 234,000 people in Tatarstan use the Gosuslugi Dom app.
