25 March 2025, Tuesday

Digital literacy and cybersecurity lessons have been organized for Russian schoolchildren as part of the digital educational project.

Videos and teaching materials from Kaspersky Lab are devoted to the topics "Dangerous strangers on the Internet" and "Online fraud in the digital environment."

The videos are intended for the 6+ age group and are recommended for viewing with parents or teachers. The training videos are supplemented with methodological materials for teachers, which makes it possible to effectively integrate them into the educational process and use them in lessons of housing and communal services, computer science, extracurricular activities, as well as at parent meetings.

"In the new season of the Digital Educational Program, we tried to show the current situations that a modern teenager who is already actively using the Internet may find himself in. Our goal is to teach students to recognize attempts at various kinds of online fraud and protect their data and accounts. The videos are intended not only for students, but also for their parents. We recommend that adults use these materials to teach children how to build their digital boundaries, protect their privacy, and develop critical thinking," comments Andrey Sidenko, Kaspersky Lab's head of online security for children.

Videos about current cyber threats have been prepared in support of the implementation of the national project "Data Economy", as well as the national goal "Technological Leadership".
