The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan has considered the issue of introducing a digital platform for monitoring the operation of road and utility equipment

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the implementation of a digital platform for monitoring the operation of road and utility equipment when cleaning the road network.

The meeting, chaired by First Deputy Damir Shaidullin, was attended by representatives of the executive committees of large cities of Tatarstan, heads of enterprises of external landscaping, landscaping, road organizations, the Fund for the Development of Information Democracy and Civil Society.

The participants reviewed the current situation regarding the implementation of a digital platform for monitoring the operation of road and utility equipment when cleaning the road network. They also discussed the technical prospects for expanding its application and the possibility of integration with other platforms.

According to D.Shaidullin, the introduction of a digital platform makes it possible to manage and control the processes of mechanized cleaning of urban areas. "Organizations connected to the platform can track the movement of their harvesting equipment in real time and view the route. They also receive information about the completion of the task and fuel consumption," Damir Shaidullin said.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan informed the municipalities of the republic about the possibility of introducing a digital platform. At the moment, 386 units of equipment are connected to it, and an increase to 500 units is planned.
