The United Russia Party has launched the Second All-Russian Dictation of Housing and Communal Services to test the knowledge and improve the legal literacy of citizens
From March 20 to April 20, 2025, the All-Russian campaign "The Second All-Russian Dictation of housing and communal Services" is taking place. Its goal is to increase the legal literacy of citizens in matters related to the provision of housing and communal services.
As part of the campaign, participants will be able to test their knowledge by taking an online test on the School of Housing and Communal Services portal (https://life.er.ru/dictation ). Testing includes issues related to the management of an apartment building, the provision of housing and communal services, as well as consumer protection of such services.
Each test task consists of 25 questions, and the answers take 25 minutes. Based on the results of successful testing (at least 20 correct answers), an electronic certificate certifying the result is generated.
