During 10 months of 2013, 9.6 million notifications from citizens were registered in the state information system called “Public Control”, posted on the website of the state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan (https://uslugi.tatar.ru/open-gov). This was announced today by Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya at the Republic’s meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The video conference meeting was held with all the municipalities of Tatarstan and chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Ravil Muratov.
It is to e recalled that the state information system "Public Control" was created by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Tatarstan in June 2012 “to take account of citizens' opinion in improving the activities of the executive bodies of the state power and local self-governments” (UP- 408 of 01/06/2012).
As noted today by Sariya Saburskaya, during the existence of the “Public Control” 14.4 thousand notifications from citizens were registered.
She reported on the review of the notifications from the citizens and the measures taken by various public authorities in respect of the notifications received. Thus, according to Sariya Saburskaya, among 9,622 notifications from the citizens received during 10 months of 2013, they resolved 5471 notifications, 1,809 notifications are to be considered, and 1,568 notifications received motivated refusal.
