Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of housing construction in the Republic, programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens and other events last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held via videoconference with all municipal districts, and was conducted by Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The annual housing construction plan for April 5 is estimated at 45%. 1 million 473 thousand square meters were commissioned. m housing. 6% of the planned annual volume was completed through commercial construction: 25 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 105 thousand square meters were completed. The social flow program was completed by 32% (52 thousand square meters). 1 million 314 thousand square meters were completed through individual housing construction.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the implementation of housing programs for certain categories of citizens. As a result of the changes made to the subprogram, the number of residential premises purchased for orphaned children has decreased to 450.

The purchase of 37 apartments will be co-financed from the federal budget. An auction has been announced for the right to conclude a contract for the purchase of residential premises, and competitive procedures are expected to be announced. Preparatory work is underway to purchase 86 residential buildings, the purchase of which is financed from the republic's budget.

The housing program for young families in 2025 includes 66 recipients. 42 municipalities have passed the stage of concluding agreements in the Electronic Budget system. All families already have certificates in their hands, funds are being transferred to the personal accounts of the executive committees of municipalities.

All 25 certificates have been issued for large families with five or more children. The total area of residential premises that the program participants will have to purchase is 2,246 square meters. m.

As of today, 3 certificates have been issued in the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims. Special bank accounts have been opened for all recipients, and apartments are being selected.

Marat Aizatullin reported on the programs for the construction of social facilities and engineering infrastructure. Thus, the republican program is aimed at providing land plots for large families with the necessary infrastructure.

The state program "Integrated Rural Development" includes three facilities where it is planned to arrange sites for compact housing development. Government contracts on this line have been concluded.
