In 2025, changes were made to the rules for holding general meetings of apartment building owners. According to the adopted Federal Law No. 463, from March 1, meetings can be held in absentia using the system only in GIS housing and communal services or regional information systems.

"Convenient, transparent, legitimate voting is one of the important elements of the infrastructure for effective management of apartment buildings, which we strive to create for the successful implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". It is important to recall that the voting itself is initiated in the GIS Housing and communal services, and you can vote both through the system and in the Gosuslugi Dom application. Owners receive notifications about Public Service votes, which helps inform and involve more apartment owners in the process and reduces fraud," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

Another change has affected residents who want to initiate a meeting of owners. Now they can submit an application not only in paper form, but also in electronic form. To do this, download the Gosuslugi Dom mobile application, make a collective application with the topic "OSS Initiation", formulate the issues to be included in the agenda of the meeting and publish it. After joining the application of other owners, the applicant can send the published application to the management organization.

The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery. You can log in through a verified account on the Public Services portal.

Currently, more than 260 thousand people in Tatarstan use the Gosuslugi Dom application.
