The construction of the Zelenodolsk "House of Care" under the national project "Family" was completed by 53%
In the Zelenodolsk municipal district of Tatarstan, 53% of the construction work on the "House of Care" has been completed. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
The two-storey building of the boarding school with a basement with a total area of 8,620 square meters is designed for 120 beds.
The facade, roof, and storm sewer system are currently being completed. Inside the building, specialists are installing all engineering networks - water supply, sewerage, low-current networks, heating and ventilation. The builders also started plastering the walls and screed floors.
Landscaping will begin after the completion of construction work. And here it is planned to asphalt the paths, install benches and bins.
In addition, furniture, equipment and inventory will be purchased as part of the project.
The boarding school for the elderly and disabled in Zelenodolsk is a transitional facility, its construction began in 2024, when 333 million rubles were allocated.
This year, the facility is included in the federal program "Senior Generation" of the national project "Family". And more than 516 million rubles have been additionally allocated for its construction, including over 108 million from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
It should be recalled that an important task of the national project "Family" is to prolong the active longevity of older people.
