The National Man of Labor Award will be awarded to outstanding people from all regions of Russia
The annual national award is aimed at strengthening the prestige of working professions and popularizing labor achievements in the regions of Russia.
The winners are selected according to the following criteria: "Technological Leader", "Best Mentor", "Young Specialist", "Family Labor dynasties", "Veterans Council" and "Labor Patriotic Education".
At the regional stage, from July 30 to September 15, the organizing committees will select and evaluate the submitted applications and determine the winners. There can be no more than three laureates in each region. The regional organizing committees independently decide which of the six criteria they will be selected by.
At the final stage, which will be held from September 15 to November 1, the central organizing committee will prepare the final lists of winners. The award ceremony will take place in Moscow at the site of the 29th International Specialized exhibition and forum "Occupational Safety and Health" on November 11-14, 2025.
