A special chatbot, Gosuslugi of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been launched in the MAX messenger, with which you can receive the necessary services remotely, without visiting government agencies.:
- submit meter readings;
- pay taxes and state duties;
- pay for housing and communal services and gas;
- pay fees for kindergarten;
- check and pay traffic police fines;
- make an appointment with a doctor.
To use the new service, users need to install the MAX messenger and find the corresponding bot in the search.
