Tatarstan has additionally allocated more than 519 million rubles for the modernization of municipal infrastructure
An additional agreement was signed between the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and the Government of Tatarstan on the allocation of additional federal budget funds to the republic for the implementation of measures of the program «Modernization of communal infrastructure« of the national project «Infrastructure for Life«. The amount of funds is 519.6 million rubles, including 228.9 million rubles due to the transfer of part of the 2026 limit to 2025.
In total, additional funds, taking into account the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, reached 987.5 million rubles.
42 km of water supply networks will be replaced with this volume.
Earlier, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin reported that 136 engineering infrastructure facilities in all 45 municipalities of Tatarstan will be upgraded this year. Including 36 facilities under the national project, and 100 under the republican program. In total, it was planned to replace 368.7 km of engineering networks, 25 water towers, 15 sewage pumping stations, 2 biological treatment plants and 7 boiler houses. The total cost before the signing of the agreement was about 11 billion 700 million rubles.
