A meeting on the development of a regional strategy for increasing labor productivity in the housing and communal services sector will be held in Kazan.

On December 9-11, Kazan will host a meeting on "Efficient housing and communal services: the introduction of lean technologies in regional practice." The organizer is the Industrial Competence Center for Labor Productivity in Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation NIISF RAASN (BCC in Housing and Communal Services) with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting will become a regional platform for the concentration of expertise and management decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprises of the housing and communal complex of Tatarstan. The format of the event will combine strategic, analytical and practical work, which will allow participants to develop an integrated approach to creating a regional strategy for increasing labor productivity in the housing and communal services sector of the republic and create a roadmap for the introduction of lean manufacturing tools at industry enterprises.

The final materials of the meeting will become part of a comprehensive strategy for increasing labor productivity, focused on long-term results.
