The outgoing year 2025 was full of challenges for the republic's construction complex, as well as new victories and achievements.

We have fully fulfilled our obligations to build and overhaul social facilities, modernize engineering infrastructure, improve public spaces, and overhaul residential buildings.

Impressive results in the construction of housing stock – for the first time in the history of Tatarstan, more than 3.5 million square meters of housing were commissioned.  Understanding that builders take an active part in improving the quality of life of our citizens is the best reward for us!

In the coming year, the builders face no less ambitious tasks. The implementation of all republican and federal programs will continue, and work within the framework of urban planning authorities will expand. But no matter how ambitious they may be, I am sure that we will cope with any challenges.
